How does the sizing run?
Our oversized pieces are cut roomy on purpose — if you want that look, take your normal size. If you prefer a closer fit, size down. Every product has a size guide just under the size selector, with full measurements in inches and cm. When a piece runs small, we say so on the listing.
What does GSM mean, and why does it matter?
Grams per square metre — the weight of the fabric. A typical fast-fashion tee is 140–180 GSM. Ours run 230–425 GSM, hoodies 350–440 GSM and denim up to 460 GSM. Heavier fabric holds its shape, doesn't go see-through, and doesn't twist out of line after a few washes. It's on the front of every product card so you can compare before you click.
How does shipping work?
Every piece is made to order and shipped tracked. Free to the US and Canada, and free worldwide on orders over $100. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange any unworn, unwashed item with tags attached. Email info@valeroapparel.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. Sale items and 1+1 deals are exchange or store credit.
