Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase from Valero. We hope you're pleased with your new item! If, for any reason, you're not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange your product within 14 days of delivery. Please send us an email at info@valeroapparel.com with the reason of your return and one of our representatives will contact you.
RETURN PERIOD: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your package to return or exchange your item. Please ensure your return is shipped back within this period.
RETURN CONDITIONS: Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition with tags intact. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
NOTE:
- For sale items, Valero offers exchanges or store credit only—no refunds.
- For 1+1 deals, both items must be returned together for a full exchange or store credit. If you wish to exchange just one item, please return the item you want to exchange and keep the other.
RETURN COSTS: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, depending on the courier and location.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME: Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 10 business days. You'll receive an email once your return is processed, and it may take up to 3 days for refunds to appear in your account.
