When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you need a different size or color, contact us at info@valeroapparel.com and we'll sort it out.
Sizing
How do I know what size to order?
Check our Size Guide for full measurements. As a general rule - if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Our pieces are designed with an oversized fit, so most customers go true to size for a relaxed look or size down for a cleaner silhouette.

Our garments are made from 100% premium cotton, ranging from 190 GSM lightweight tees to 460 GSM heavyweight fleece. Some pieces use a cotton-poly blend for added structure - this is noted in each product description.
How do I care for my VALERO pieces?
- Machine wash cold (30C)
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- No bleach
- Wash inside out to preserve color and wash effect
